MINDA Industrieanlagen GmbH, represented by the management, is governed by the legal regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act and other data protection regulations. We have obliged our employees and the contracted service companies to maintain confidentiality and to comply with applicable data protection regulations.

Our data protection officer will answer any further questions you may have about our data protection declaration and the processing of your personal data. If you make personal data available to our data protection officer within the scope of contacting him, he will use them exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your wishes and requirements, such as responding to your enquiry, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data.

Access and usage data

QSC, the provider of our website, collects and stores information in so-called server log files which are automatically transmitted by your browser. This results from the legitimate interest in the technically error-free and optimal presentation of the website pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data are stored on servers of our provider QSC in Germany and are automatically deleted after the applicable deletion periods. It is not intended to draw conclusions about the person concerned, unless we have to investigate the suspicion of abuse. In this case, the data are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless we have given our consent or we are obliged or entitled to do so by a court judgement or a legal regulation. Your rights

With regard to your personal data, you have the right of access under Article 15 GDPR, the right to correction under Article 16 GDPR, the right to cancellation under Article 17 GDPR, the right to limitation of processing under Article 18 GDPR and the right to data transferability under Article 20 GDPR. The restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 BDSG apply to the right of information and deletion. In addition, there is a right of complaint to the supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG. To assert your legal claims, please contact datenschutz@minda.de.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to websites of third parties whose contents we cannot influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking.
